Datuk Wira Mark Ling is a veteran energy executive who most recently served as President, Executive Director, and Vice Chairman of Edra Power Holdings. He oversaw 6,974 MW of assets across five countries, led Southeast Asia’s largest CCGT plant, and advanced major solar and LNG projects across diverse regulatory and policy environments. Known for driving sustainability, innovation, and regional growth, he brings deep expertise in large-scale energy infrastructure, cross-border operational leadership, and long-term strategic development.

Datuk Mohamad Nor Ali

Chief Investment & Finance Officer of Skyvast Energy

Datuk Mohamad Nor Bin Ali is a veteran energy executive with over three decades of experience across leadership roles at PwC, Sime Darby, Malakoff, and Edra Power. As former CIO and COO of Edra, he led major projects including Southeast Asia’s largest combined-cycle power plant and steered the company through acquisition by China General Nuclear. He also served as President of Malaysia’s Independent Power Producers Association, playing a key role in industry reform and policy engagement. With expertise in strategic operations, regulatory affairs, corporate governance, and stakeholder management, he advises on energy infrastructure, market reform, and cross-border investments.

Anbarasan Sellappan

Chief Operation Officer of Skyvast Energy

Anbarasan Sellappan is a veteran energy executive with over 35 years of experience in power generation across Malaysia, Egypt, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. Formerly the Deputy COO of Edra Power Holdings, he is renowned for his leadership in combined cycle and thermal power operations, including spearheading Southeast Asia’s largest CCGT plant. His expertise spans O&M optimization, gas and steam turbine technologies, IPP frameworks, risk management, and large-scale project execution. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor in Malaysia’s energy sector, Anbarasan plays a strategic role in guiding project development, regulatory compliance, and technical innovation in power infrastructure.
