1. Privately Owned, Malaysian Built
Skyvast Data Sdn. Bhd. is a privately owned Malaysian company, incorporated and headquartered in Malaysia. Our mission is to build next-generation, sovereign-compliant AI infrastructure to empower Malaysia’s digital economy.
The Strategic AI Infrastructure initiative is a fully private, non-governmental commercial project, developed independently by Skyvast to serve Malaysian enterprises, research institutions, and the broader AI ecosystem.

2. Altermatic DT250 AI Server Launch
During the 19 May 2025 launch, we introduced the Altermatic DT250 AI Server, a high-performance platform designed to be architecture-agnostic. This server is capable of supporting GPU and CPU hardware from a range of international suppliers, based on project-specific requirements.
The DT250 server offers a secure, modular, and scalable foundation for diverse AI workloads across public and private sectors.

3. Project Status: Proceeding as Planned
We categorically refute recent media claims suggesting that the Strategic AI Infrastructure project has been canceled, paused, or otherwise interrupted. These assertions are factually incorrect. The project is moving forward as scheduled, with infrastructure deployment, partner engagements, and client integration advancing in line with our timeline and operational roadmap.

4. Compliance and Response to Misinformation
It is unfortunate and misleading that a private product launch has been drawn into the narrative of global geopolitical disputes. We wish to make our position unequivocally clear:

• Skyvast operates strictly within the legal framework of Malaysian law and complies fully with applicable international regulatory standards, including export control laws.
• No violation of U.S. export regulations has occurred. Allegations suggesting otherwise are unfounded, speculative, and damaging.
• We strongly condemn all media reports, commentary, and statements that twist the facts, politicize our operations, or attempt to discredit our lawful business activities.

针对部分媒体关于项目“暂停”“取消”或“中止”的相关言论，本公司予以坚决否认，并作如下郑重声明：
